Job Description

We are growing our Marketing Client Services teams and looking for career-minded individuals with the desire to succeed in a high performing, team oriented environment. Our clients are major companies in healthcare, financial, consumer products, publishing, energy, retail and travel industries. There are no sales requirements with this position.




What you will be doing:




• Primary or secondary point of contact for assigned client's program(s)




• Accountable for maintaining positive, productive relationships with your client




• Responsible for day-to-day service delivery for your client program(s)




• Implementing, coordinating, and managing the set-up of new client programs with our corporate and contact center staff




• Providing contact center staff with program specifications and goals




• Generating, analyzing, and delivering regular client program reports




• Monitoring and analyzing program performance




•Monitoring live agent phone calls




•Representing clients internally and addressing ongoing service needs




•Proactively identifying and pursuing resolution of issues affecting client programs




•Fulfilling established performance levels and continuously making recommendations for improvements




•Occasionally traveling to clients headquarters and/or call centers




•Presenting or assisting in the presentation of program results and summaries to internal staff/clients
