USRL Production/Program Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Analyst – Lead Scheduler to join our team supporting the 513th Electronic Warfare Squadron at Elgin AFB FL. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management and scheduling. (03.1v1)
Essential Job Functions
The Production/Program Analyst will develop and maintain the USRL Master Schedule providing comprehensive support of all activities related to Mission Data (MD) Reprogramming production.
The Production/Program Analyst will advise Government and contractor leadership on programmatic issues, technical/systems engineering support, investigate project management issues associated with USRL work, identify issues with potential impact, and assist in the development of problem resolution strategies.
Produce and maintain the USRL master production schedule IAW mission goals and objectives.
Provide technical, administrative, and operational guidance to assigned projects and tasks.
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules, and task order administrative reporting.
Conducts planning, coordinates risk tracking and recommendations to client on task workload.
Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison.
Interacts with agencies and other client staff and stakeholders.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.
Facilitate scheduled client meetings.
Manage F-35 MD lifecycle schedule through all phases of development, test, delivery, and fleet support.
Develop, maintain & support USRL test and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with test support agencies and ranges for test scheduling purposes.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in technical or management related curriculum from an accredited university / branch of service, plus 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.
Active DoD Secret level clearance; ability to maintain clearance during employment.
Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
