Talent Coordinator

  • Typical Day:
    -Will be sourcing candidates and working to find new candidates which will require them to think of new ways to find new people. (job postings, LinkedIn recruiting, setting up a job fair, going to a job fair, Craigslist, any type of outbound recruiting
    -Will be doing brief phone screens (10 minutes) and Skype interviews that will last around 30 minutes. They'll be given a framework of what to ask candidates and what they're looking for for each position
    -Will be coordinating interviews, starts with the various plants (have 12 across the US)

Qualifications:



  • MUST HAVES
    -1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting coordinator role
    -experience creative sourcing: job postings, experience with LinkedIn, setting up a job fair, going to a job fair, Craigslist, any type of outbound recruiting
    -phone screens: 10 minute phone screens, Skype interviews are 15-30 minutes
    -experience coordination of interviews, etc.

    BEST:
    -1 year of end to end recruiting - the whole process from start to finish and onboarding
    -someone who has experience working with hourly roles at some sort of volume
    -bilingual as some of the locations they may be conversing with Spanish speaking associates
