Position:          Finance Administrative Coordinator

Reports to: Administrative & Operations Manager

Type:               Full-time (Non-Exempt)

The following is a brief overview of the position:


Position:          Finance Administrative Coordinator

Summary: The Finance Administrative Coordinator is a member of the CTS Los Angeles team.

The position is accountable to help establish and ensure all global company employees expenses are processed in a timely and accurate manner, allowing for proper billing per contractual guidelines without exceeding budgetary constraints..  In addition, provide day-to-day administrative support.

Main Activities:

-Audit, reconcile and process expenses within the allotted timeline -Validate, manage and ensure accounting compliance -Create statistical data in order for Management to make appropriate decisions -Ensure employees meet expected deliverable deadlines -Records management -Office inventory purchasing and control -Office facilities coordinator -Alert the Admin. & Operations Manager of any lack of compliance, weaknesses or problems, whether actual or potential, concerning finance department issues, financial reporting, accounting, audit or any matter of a financial nature, which could have financial and/or employee satisfaction implications -Propose continuous improvements on coherent and/or harmonized policies that will be of benefit to the combination of all department procedures -Provide administrative support and technical knowledge 

Job Requirements

Qualifications Profile:


  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Professional written and oral communication is a must
  • Strong organizational skills, able to meet stringent deadlines
  • Ability to set priorities and be self-directed
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated & enthusiastic
  • MS/Outlook proficiency required
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact with a broad range of actors in a diplomatic and efficient manner
  • Outlook and moderate to excellent command of Excel is a must -Excellent customer service
