Project Management Support (C2IMERA)

DCS Corp Niceville, FL (Onsite) Full-Time

The applicant shall provide project management for the implementation of The Command-and-Control Incident Management Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA) for Eglin Air Force Base and ensure that the installation is able to effectively utilize C2IMERA software to integrate a composite picture of wing/unit resources used for planning, force employment, emergency management, Command and Control (C2) monitoring, and C2 reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

Project planning and strategic development to include developing a comprehensive project plan outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Stakeholder management which includes identifying key stakeholders, including military and civilian leadership, technical experts, end-users, and external partners.

Ensure resource allocation including personnel and technology assets to support the implementation of C2IMERA.

Risk management to identify potential shortfalls, risks, and uncertainties that could impact the successful implementation of the software to include cyber-security risks and schedule risk.

Oversee the deployment of new systems, software, and hardware components, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly with existing infrastructure and meet operational requirements.

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize C2IMERA.

Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of C2IMERA implementation.

Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future action.  

Create a program continuity guide for future implementation and adoption efforts.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelors Degree plus 3-10 years of experience. 

Active Secret Clearance with an investigation current within 6 years.
